Odgers Interim targets senior management positions as healthcare interim demand soars
Odgers Interim, the UK’s leading interim management recruiter, has strengthened its healthcare leadership team through the appointment of consultant, Emma Whittle, as the firm looks to support a wider range of senior management positions in the industry.
Emma will focus on placing interims in a range of multi-level management roles, in recognition of the critical impact these appointments have on organisations within the healthcare sector. She will be based at the company’s Manchester office.
Emma brings with her over ten years of interim recruitment experience. She joins from the Life Sciences & Engineering team at Michael Page, predominantly for a world leading FTSE 250 organisation. Prior to this position, she played a leading role in the set-up and market growth of an award-winning interim management and search & selection consultancy, through the placement of mid-senior level business transformation and change professionals into public sector.
Odgers Interim places interim board level executives, including CEOs, FDs, COOs, directors of nursing and medical directors, within the NHS and private healthcare, as well as health regulators and professional bodies.
