Louise is a Consultant within Odgers Interim and leads the Charities practice. Louise is responsible for recruiting senior executives across all functions for organisations in the Charity, Arts, Cultural and Heritage sectors.

She has over seventeen years’ recruitment experience with leading multinational and independent recruitment businesses where she has supported a wide range of internationally listed and high-growth, private-equity-backed companies secure finance professionals. Louise is a graduate in Chemistry and spent her earlier career in scientific and financial publishing where she worked in Germany and the City.
