Odgers Interim expands social housing practice
Odgers Interim has added Annaliese Rogers as a consultant to its social housing team.
Annaliese will work alongside Suresh Lal to place candidates across all board functions, including development, finance, IT, property management and HR. She will be based in the London office.
As part of the role, she will work with associations nationally to source interim candidates, ranging from smaller providers to large organisations.
Prior to joining Odgers Interim, Annaliese led a healthcare interim practice and placed executive candidates into commissioning bodies.
She also led the commercial and finance team at a London-based start-up, filling both permanent and temporary positions. As well as dealing with clients across the FMCG, energy and manufacturing industries. Annaliese also led the London and home counties government practice for a FTSE 250 recruitment business.
Suresh Lal, Head of the Social Housing practice at Odgers Interim, said: “It’s great to have Annaliese’s wealth of experience on board. She’s worked with a wide range of clients across different sectors so is well-equipped to join our growing social housing practice.
“Interim managers are a valuable resource for organisations looking to bridge skills gaps, initiate change and deliver game-changing projects. We have built up a pool of highly talented and experienced candidates sourced from within the social housing and the private sector, that are able to offer their own unique skills to registered providers.”
