As we start gearing up for the festive season we would like to celebrate the successes that we have seen this year. Over the past twelve months we have welcomed three promotions and have had six new joiners to the Odgers Interim team. We would like to take this opportunity to welcome and congratulate those individuals on their hard work and their achievements.

This year we have welcomed Charlotte Croker, Katie Guzner, Emma Maxwell, Ilana Samuels and Danica Steele in the support team. Sally Havers also joined us a Referencing Consultant to consolidate our exisiting process and make it more robust.

Paul Smith was promoted to the role of Partner this year from his previous position as a Consultant. In his new role Paul is head of the Financial and Professional Services Practices and has a national remit for filling interim roles across Financial and Professional services, Publishing, Digital Media and Betting & Gaming.

Duncan Hoggett was also promoted to the role of Partner this year. Duncan works within the Energy, Manufacturing and Infrastructure Practice with a particular focus on Renewables, Utilities, Construction and Business and Support Services. Duncan works from our Leeds and London offices managing assignments across these disciplines.

Assistant Consultant

Poppy Wooldridge was promoted this year to the role of Assistant Consultant within the Public Sector Practice. In this role Poppy is wholly supporting the Public Sector Consultancy Team in sourcing Interim Managers for roles in Healthcare, Education, Social Care and Government.

Many congratulations to Paul, Duncan and Poppy for their hard work over the past year and on their well-deserved promotions. They are already proving to be excellent assets in their new roles and we look forward to seeing all of their achievements over the coming year!
