Tom works for Odgers Interim within the Energy, Manufacturing and Infrastructure (EMI) Practice providing senior interim executives for manufacturing and engineering clients. He specialises in helping some of the world’s top companies by providing flexible, experienced and talented interim managers including board level, senior manager and director level candidates for a broad range of critical assignments across all business disciplines. Prior to joining Odgers, Tom spent four years developing the highly successful Manufacturing Practice for a leading independent interim provider.

He graduated from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester having studied Estate Management and began his career working for Savills, before moving into the Business Information sector for Thompson Reuters and ultimately to a Sheffield based M&A boutique advising engineering businesses.
