The evolution of healthcare continues to provide challenges for organisations across the public and private spectrum. Both sectors need to increase their capacity to hire individuals who recognise the need to focus on delivery whilst adding value.

- Procurement & Supply Chain
Odgers Interim are leaders in interim procurement and interim supply chain appointments. As the demand for specialist procurement & supply chain expertise increases our practice recognises the need for an international network of interim managers.
I have known SJ for seven years now, both as a client looking for interim executives, and as a management consultant, working in interim roles. As a client I have always found her to be totally professional and organised. She also displays great enthusiasm and a 'can-do' attitude whenever I have been searching for executive or senior management interims. In my view SJ takes time and trouble to understand the particular background to your sector or industry, and this leads to a far more efficient search and interview process as you know that candidates she recommends are worth interviewing! She is a firm believer in relationship rather than 'one-off' transaction sales. This means that she spends a lot of time assessing client challenges and developing a thorough appreciation of their future needs. All in all she's a real pleasure to work with!
