Sarah Lovell is a Partner based in Manchester. She leads the Midlands and North interim Healthcare Practice. Sarah's work focuses on Executive interim appointments, predominantly within NHS provider organisations. In 2014, Sarah was highlighted as a top 12 interim consultant nationally in the Institute of Interim Management Survey as nominated for by both clients and interims. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Sarah worked for a health management consultancy, where she was a Director and was instrumental in the growth and development of their successful interim business. Sarah has one daughter and is an avid reader.

Sarah worked well with me as the client to identify a candidate who would fit from a style point of view and was willing to think out of the box in terms of what experience the candidate needed to have to fit the brief. The candidate provided was extremely experienced and brought the right skill set to the role, even though her background would not have highlighted her as an obvious fit. Sarah was also very mindful of the cost envelope we were working to and was flexible in her approach to help achieve a good outcome.
