Rebecca is a Consultant within the Education Practice at Odgers Interim. She is based out of Birmingham but has a national portfolio. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Rebecca worked for a boutique public sector search firm where she worked with a number of health and social care organisations to source high calibre interim capability to deliver transformation and specific organisational outcomes.
