Rebecca is a Consultant within the Education Practice at Odgers Interim. She is based out of Birmingham but has a national portfolio. Rebecca’s work focuses on middle management appointments in the Higher Education Sector and Executive/Board and Senior Management team appointments in the Employment Support Arena. After graduating from Warwick University in 2009; Rebecca began her career working for a FTSE 250 recruitment firm specialising in interim appointments in NHS. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Rebecca worked for a boutique public sector search firm where she worked with a number of health and social care organisations to source high calibre interim capability to deliver transformation and specific organisational outcomes.

I always think Odgers Interim are brilliant! You are so efficient and quick at coming up with solutions to our interim needs. This latest assignment was slightly different to our usual brief as I needed support around certain elements of my own role. We had an initial conversation and Odgers Interim provided some CVs but we felt they were not exactly what we needed so we engaged in an iterative process. I had a longer chat with Rebecca Brandwood and that gave her a better sense of the situation. Rebecca was able to drill down in terms of understanding exactly what we required and this enabled us to refine our decision-making. Prior to that conversation, we had not been absolutely clear in our own thinking, but Rebecca’s input clarified what we needed and she was able to suggest candidates who fitted our revised brief.
