Narinder Uppal recently has joined Odgers Interim as a Consultant in the Education Practice. She is based out of the Leeds office but has a national portfolio and specialises in appointments in Further Education as well as the Learned Societies, Academic and Professional Institutes arenas.

Narinder has over 20 years’ education and professional membership body experience at operational and strategic level and most recently as Director of Customer Engagement at the Chartered Management Institute. She has a strong commercial track record of implementing and driving change in such organisations, along with the ability to engage both clients and customers at all levels to ensure the right results are delivered through various sales and marketing channels.

Having just completed an interim assignment herself, Narinder understands the challenges interim executives face and also what a client likes to experience from an interim provider. She has a passion for learning and understanding the challenges of the education sector, its clients and executives.
