Jonathan is a consultant in the Odgers Interim commercial practice specialising in the Retail sector. He works with clients nationally from £100m turnover to £multi-billion providing sector specific interim managers for Project and Programme Management, Change Management, Acquisition, Integration, Turnaround, Restructuring, Divestment, Start-up, Buyouts and Cover for Executive Absence.
Jonathan has more than fifteen years senior level experience in sales and business development positions, the last ten of which have been served in executive recruitment. Beginning in an international Finance & Accountancy recruitment business in Dublin, Jonathan then relocated to the UK where he moved to an international plc and was responsible for their permanent recruitment division.
Prior to joining Odgers Interim, Jonathan spent over six years at a leading independent interim provider where he established and developed an industry leading retail practice. He has successfully delivered a broad range of assignments across all business functions for numerous household retail names. Jonathan joined Odgers in 2012 to further develop their retail practice.
The Retail Interim Practice works very closely with colleagues in our Search and Select businesses, with coverage across all areas of the industry. The Practice covers UK and international retailing activity; our clients include traditional store multiples and department stores, multi-channel operations, on-line retailers, mail order and TV shopping channels.
