Working as a Consultant within the Healthcare Practice, Dan’s focus is the placement of Executive-level interim professionals in to the Private Healthcare and Care sectors, throughout the UK.

Prior to joining Odgers in early 2012, Dan spent almost five years working with a well-established multi-national recruitment firm, initially building their Interim Technology offering within Government, Charities and the Health sector.

After two years he made the transition to the firm’s Strategy & Change team in order to develop his network of interim project/programme managers, change managers and strategy consultants. Continuing his public sector focus, Dan worked with Government and Charity executives, identifying candidates to lead multi-million pound change & transformation programmes.

Since joining Odgers, Dan has developed an extensive network across the Healthcare sector, assisting firms with Interim Director-level appointments, as well as placing specialists in areas such as Clinical Governance, Risk & Quality, Operations Improvement and Business Development.

Dan has also worked alongside Banks & Private Equity investors to place Interim Chief Executives capable of galvanising their Healthcare investments.

Originally from Northamptonshire, Dan is an honours graduate in English & American Literature from the University of Kent and now resides permanently in London.
