Alex Lenihan is a member of the Financial Services practice of Odgers Interim, holding a particular market focus on retail finance, consumer credit and life insurance.

Alex possesses a strong track record of providing senior Interim Managers across a wide range of functional disciplines. Typical assignments include Finance Directors and CFO’s in Finance, COOs and Ops Directors in Operations, CRO’s in Risk, HR Directors and “Heads of” in HR and CIO’s in IT.

After graduating from the University of Wales, Bangor, he spent 8 years with a multinational HR consulting firm progressing through a number of positions; culminating in leading a UK division. Prior to joining Odgers, Alex built a successful financial services practice for a boutique Interim management provider.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending his time with his family and 2 young children.
