UK companies and government agencies are increasingly turning to interim managers - experienced executives who parachute in for a few months - to help them cope with challenges thrown up by the recession....."Interim management thrives on change. We are seeing an increase in calls around restructuring and cost-cutting," said Paul Botting, Odgers Interim managing director, and chairman of Interim Management Association , the chief trade group.
