The evolution of healthcare continues to provide challenges for organisations across the public and private spectrum. Both sectors need to increase their capacity to hire individuals who recognise the need to focus on delivery whilst adding value.
Board & CEO
As world-class organisations grapple with the global challenges of the 21st century, it is their leaders that define success.
Chief executives are recognising the importance of strengthening and protecting corporate reputation and the vital role played by corporate communications in doing this.
As the role of the finance function in corporate decision-making becomes ever-increasingly important, so the demands on finance leaders are rising.
HR has become a commercial business partnering role; finding candidates who can make a genuine contribution to the organisation is paramount to a successful appointment.
Today's Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) play a vital role in the creation of the firm's strategic plan and in articulating how technology can enable business strategies.
Procurement & Supply Chain
Odgers Interim are leaders in interim procurement and interim supply chain appointments. As the demand for specialist procurement & supply chain expertise increases our practice recognises the need for an international network of interim managers.
The law plays an increasing role in business life today; corporate and practicing lawyers at the height of their profession are hard to attract.
Sales & Marketing
Finding quality sales and marketing people who will really deliver for your organisation is all about uncovering what’s behind the personal pitch.
Establishing an edge over your competitors is always difficult but, in Sarah Lovell, Odgers have pulled it off. Recruiting the right people is hard enough but, when faced with ludicrous deadlines and a flood of perfectly good CVs for candidates who are probably not quite what you are looking for, it is sometimes a near impossible task. This is Sarah's territory! Over the past year she has helped us through the minefields in the recruitment of several interim executives - often in emergency circumstances. Her great strength is her ability to listen to our requirements and to openly and honestly tell us which candidates will fit, and more importantly, which ones won't. Add to this is her uncanny knack of producing candidates that the combined forces of all the other agencies failed to turn up and you have a pretty potent mix. Sarah has certainly proved her worth. She delivers on her promises and she always keeps you up to date on progress. Her insight on her clients is terrific, strengths and weaknesses, and she has yet to fail us! Well done Sarah, keep it up!
