Paul is a member of the commercial interim management team and TEC practice. His particular focus is on Professional Services appointments combined with a national remit for the niche markets of Digital Media, Publishing and Property. He is located out of the London West End and City offices

Paul graduated from Durham University with an honours degree in Geography; he trained with KPMG before joining a well known multi-national recruitment company. He quickly progressed to Director and established their interim management practice in the Regions. Paul then moved to become Managing Director of a leading independent recruitment firm securing the accolade of ‘outstanding’ and 19th in the Times Top 100 Small companies. Paul  joined Odgers Interim to enhance the professional services proposition and TEC practice.

After 15 years recruiting into industry and commerce and the professions, with a particular focus on interim management, Paul is extremely well placed to deal with a wide recruitment portfolio and has a particular understanding of the differentiators within his market.
