Alex Lenihan is a consultant in the Odgers Interim Commercial practice. Based out of Odgers Berndtson’s Manchester office, Alex holds a remit for the SME market in the North West of England. Alex began his career working for an international recruitment firm after graduating from the University of Wales, Bangor. Specialising in providing Interim Managers to the public sector, Alex went on to manage teams working across central government, Education, criminal justice and local authorities. Latterly, Alex has focused on the supply of Interim Managers into the financial services sector and now concentrates on developing active links with businesses operating in the North West region. Alex’s functional expertise crosses a number of disciplines including IT, Business Change, Project/ Programme Management, Finance and HR.
